Product delivery policy
Deliveries will be dispatched from Gin Down Under Pty Ltd trading as Gindu (Melbourne, Victoria) within 7 business days of order and payment processing. Gindu will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, however it does not guarantee delivery on that date and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery. Nor does it guarantee that the ordered or requested quantity of goods is delivered. As a small batch distillery, Gindu reserves the right to offer a smaller allocation to its customers than may have been ordered or requested, based on over-subscription of offers.
In the instance the recipient has provided incorrect or out-of-date details, Gindu is not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery. Gindu offers the opportunity to provide delivery instructions to have goods left at the point of delivery. All efforts will be made to ensure these instructions are followed but it must be clear that the customer takes on this option at their own risk. Gindu must be notified of damage caused to goods during shipping, within 7 days of delivery. Replacement of goods will be coordinated by Gindu provided there is satisfactory evidence damage was caused during transit (Photo evidence may be requested).
Goods will NOT be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. Gindu may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age.
Note: Deliveries to Victorian addresses
In late 2021 the Victoria Government made changes to liquor laws impacting the way we can deliver our products to you. When an order is shipped we are instructing our delivery providers to:
- ensure the products are delivered to the person intended; and
- ensure that the person is over 18 by referring to a valid proof of age document
Despite these changes, we can leave your order unattended at the delivery address if it is not the first time you have ordered. Even if you grant an authority to leave in the checkout, if it is the first time you have ordered from us we are unable to do so.
Product return and replacement policy
Gin Down Under Pty Ltd (Trading as Gindu) accepts that on some rare occasions, a bottle may have a faulty seal, become damaged in transit or you simply change your mind. Should a product arrive with such issues (and due to no fault of the purchaser) we are happy to replace or provide a credit note for the amount of the purchase within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us to to organise the return of the product.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in respect of this website are owned by Gin Down Under Pty Ltd (Trading as Gindu), its affiliates, corporate partners or licensors, unless expressly indicated to the contrary.
You may download, store in cache, display, print and copy material in a complete and unaltered form for your own personal, non-commercial use provided that you:
- Keep intact all copyright and trademark notices (set out below); &
- Do not use the material in any manner that suggests an association with any of our products, services or brands.

Breach of this may render you liable at law for criminal and/or civil penalties. Our website content is protected by Australian and International copyright and trademark laws and you are not permitted to make any unauthorized use of its contents.

This web site is operated by Gin Down Under Pty Ltd (Trading as Gindu). As far as is permitted by law, you agree when you use this web site to indemnify and release Gindu in respect of any claims, loss or damage incurred as a result of any error, omission or misrepresentation in this website. Gindu reserves the right to refuse any purchase order or booking made via this website.
