The massive and bulbous trunks help the tree preserve water and survive the dry season.
However, what we use is the young tree’s tubers. These are crunchy and have a similar texture to water chestnuts. They are almost our secret ingredient in Gindu as the tubers complement, help bind and accentuate the other botanicals making the Boab Tuber a key part of Gindu.
An Australian Gin
Subtle juniper combined with floral notes of lemon and lime from Australian botanicals, balanced with a delicate herbal, earthy palate and a lingering spicy finish. A gin that will embrace a light tonic.
