Lemon Myrtle has one of the highest concentrations of citral in the world. Hence, this is our “lemony” element.
However, this is a complex lemon flavour and with higher oil content than citrus fruits, its impact on Gindu is more subtle and smooth in nature.

Subtle juniper combined with floral notes of lemon and lime from Australian botanicals, balanced with a delicate herbal, earthy palate and a lingering spicy finish. A gin that will embrace a light tonic.
